1. Purpose

The main purpose of this website and/or mobile application; It is the intermediary of the rental of vehicles, additional products and all supplier services sent online by the contracted suppliers of Car Rent Technology Joint Stock Company ("Company") via API / XML connection by real or legal persons who want to rent a car. The Company offers its services through its suppliers that provide car rental services through its website and/or mobile applications. This website and/or mobile application operates as an Electronic Commerce Intermediary Service Provider and is not responsible for the provision of the services offered by the suppliers and the accuracy of their content.

 

2. Vehicle Inquiry Process

By selecting the location, rental date, return date and times you want to rent through our website and/or mobile application, the vehicle and service information of our suppliers serving in the relevant location are presented online, you need to make a reservation from the relevant vehicle group, enter your personal information after choosing a vehicle and enter your credit card information in the payment form. After the payment process, you will be shown the PNR number and all rental details in the supplier system, and you will be informed to your e-mail and GSM number registered in the system. The reservation process does not mean that the vehicle you have chosen will be provided to you for sure. Even if your reservation is confirmed on the supplier screen, the supplier has the right not to provide service. After your reservation, you must comply with the rental conditions of the supplier company and apply to the supplier office with a credit card registered in your name. The supplier company will block the deposit from the credit card registered in your name during the delivery of the vehicle for collateral purposes according to the vehicle group. The rules of the supplier company apply to the deposit return conditions, this process is not the responsibility of the Company that mediates the service with the site and/or mobile application. The supplier company has the right to withdraw from the service.

 

3. Office Delivery, Valet Pick-up and Address Delivery

If there is any office belonging to the supplier in the location you have chosen during the rental phase, your rental process will be carried out as office delivery. Suppliers can show their vehicles to the system as valet pick-up or delivery to the address, you can see how to receive the vehicle on the basis of location at the payment page stage and complete your reservation process.

 

4. Our Rights

All rights of this website and/or mobile application belong to Araba Kiralama Teknoloji Anonim Şirketi. No material, software, coding, blog, image on the website and/or mobile application can be copied, distributed or published elsewhere.

 

5. Service Contents

The services offered on this website and/or mobile application are provided online by the suppliers via API/XML connection. Supplier companies may continuously update, change and terminate their rental conditions, guarantees, services, vehicles, rental prices, minimum rental periods, rental day restrictions, additional products and all the services they undertake to provide, including but not limited to these. Updates made by suppliers are deemed to have been changed and updated as of the moment they appear on our site.

 

6. Your Right to Use

You can use the website and/or mobile application continuously, agreeing that you will not mislead you by making fake and fraudulent reservations and that you will not cancel the reservation you have made by making continuous reservations in a way that disrupts the reservation plans of the suppliers.

 

7. Supplier Websites

There may be links to supplier websites so that you can get detailed information on our website and/or mobile application. If you visit your relevant websites by clicking on these links, you will be fully responsible.

 

8. Reservation Cancellation & Refund Conditions

First of all, our policy provides you with a refund of the amount you have paid if you cancel the reservation you have made through our website and/or mobile application for any reason, but in some cases, a cancellation and refund penalty may be requested by the supplier. Since our suppliers make their reservation plans according to the reservations you have made, a canceled reservation creates a loss of income for our supplier. For example, our suppliers may request a 1-day fee deduction for reservation cancellations made 2 hours before the reservation purchase time, or a certain % (percentage) deduction from the total paid fee. If there is a deduction condition in the cancellation and return process by our supplier, this issue is shown to you on the payment page.
